Subscriptions

The Basics

  • How does the subscription work?
For $50/month per user, subscribers get access to all of t3's online offerings, plus discounts to onsite training and private coaching.
For example, let's say that your pogram team includes ten people. Purchase five subscriptions at $50/month - for a total of $3,000 and transfer them between staff throughout the year. Now, your entire team can participate in our live online courses, view our Knowledge @ Work units, join webcasts, and more. And if one of your tream members leaves, no problem! Just contact us at info@thinkt3.com and we can re-assign the subscription to a new user. 
  • We have high turnover. Are the subscriptions transferable?
Yes. If someone is no longer using their subscription, email us at info@thinkt3.com or call 617.467.6014 and we will transfer their subscription to a new person within your agency. 
  • I used to have a tmembership. Why switch?
We think the new subscription model is a better deal for individuals and organizations, so we are phasing out our membership plans. Your membership will simply expire and not be renewed. 
If you would like to convert your membership to a subscription, let us know by emailing info@thinkt3.com or by call us at 617.467.6014. We will credit what you have already paid towards a subscription. 

Accessing Trainings

  • We are ready to book onsite training and/or coahing. What do we do?
Email us at info@thinkt3.com and we will connect you to one of our faculty members. 
  • I just subscribed. How do I access everything?
Welcome! You will receive an email with access instructions shortly. 
  • How do I register for live online courses?

If you are a subscriber and have your access code, register here.

If you are purchasing courses a la carte, register here.

  • How can I tell if my staff are accessing courses?
For organizational subscribers, we can designate one person as the administrator. This person can view what courese each employee completes and registers for. 

  • Are t3's eBooks included in my subscription?
Unfortunately, we are not able to include eBooks in the subscription at this time. 

Payment and Terms

  • How do I pay?
You can purchase an annual subscription here.

  • What is your refund policy?
    • In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training or subscriptions, please submit an email request to info@thinkt3.com.
    • Organizations and participants can request a refund up to 14 business days prior to the start date of the training.
    • No shows and cancellations not made 14 business days prior to the start date of the training will incur the full cost of the training.
    • Pre-paid year long subscriptions will not be refunded.
  • How long does the subscription last?
The subscription period is for one year. During this year period, the subbscription can be transferred among staff in your agency. 

General t3

  • I am writing a grant and would like to include t3 in it. Can you help?
Yes! We can provide you with template language to include in your grant, as well as guidance about budgeting for your practicular training and technical assistance needs. Email us at info@thinkt3.com to get started. 
We get lots of last-minute requests concerning grants. We want to help you, so please note that the more notice we have, the more helpful we can be. 
  • I do not want to subscribe, but I do want to participate in t3 training.
